This module, along with the next one, Module 8: CST Coordinating Committee part 2, is an overview of the coordinating committee – its purpose, responsibilities and orientation as governed by Wisconsin Stat. § 46.56. It provides the structural and institutional foundation of CST in Wisconsin.
